TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing, browsing, or contributing to Wer (the "Site"), you ("User") acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not accept these Terms, you must leave the Site immediately.

2. USE OF THE SITE

Wer grants User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. User agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when accessing or using the Site.

3. CONTENT

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software (collectively "Content"), is the property of Wer or its licensors. User may access and use Content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any unauthorized use or reproduction of Content is strictly prohibited.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Site's design, layout, look, and feel are owned by Wer and protected under applicable laws governing intellectual property. All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and brand identities on the Site belong to their respective owners and may not be used without prior written consent.

5. USER CONTRIBUTIONS

User is granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to submit Content (including but not limited to text, images, audio files) for publication or display on the Site ("Contributions"). By submitting Contributions, User represents that such content does not infringe upon any third-party rights and agrees to indemnify Wer against any claims arising from use of Contributions.

6. USER CONDUCT

User is responsible for all actions taken through their account, including but not limited to posting comments, messages, or other Content. User must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and Site rules when interacting with others on the Site. No abusive language, harassment, spamming, or any other form of malicious behavior will be tolerated.

7. INDEMNIFICATION

User agrees to indemnify Wer against all losses, claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from User's use of the Site, breach of these Terms, or infringement upon third-party rights.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Wer provides no warranties of any kind with respect to the Site, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and those arising under applicable law. The Site may contain inaccuracies or errors which are solely User's responsibility.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Wer be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages (including but not limited to loss of profit, business reputation) resulting from use of the Site or its Content.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitral body.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

Wer may modify or replace any provision within these Terms at any time without notice to User. Continued use of the Site following such changes constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Wer and User with respect to access, browsing, or contribution to the Site.
